Rizhao Jinghang Supply Chain Co., Ltd was established in 2015.It is a national high-tech enterprise, a “specialized and new” enterprise in Shandong Province, and a “gazelle” enterprise in Shandong Province. Its registered brand of agricultural equipment is “Xisen Tiancheng”. It specializes in the research and development, production and sales of mechanized equipment for potato production. It has developed more than 80 kinds of mechanized equipment for potato production in 7 series, including “ploughing, planting, management, harvesting, transportation, storage and chasing”. The product quality and sales volume are among the best in China. Among them, 19 products have passed the provincial agricultural machinery promotion and appraisal, and are sold well all over the country and more than 20 countries and regions including Eastern Europe, Oceania, South America, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
The company has established long-term cooperative relations with well-known domestic scientific research institutes such as the National Potato Engineering Technology Research Center, China Agricultural University, Shandong University of Technology, and Shandong Agricultural Machinery Science Research Institute, and has jointly established corporate graduate workstations. The graduate workstation jointly built with Shandong University of Technology was rated as a demonstration base for joint training of graduate students integrating industry and education by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education. In addition, the company has established Shandong Provincial Academician Workstation, Shandong Provincial Postdoctoral Innovation and Practice Base, Dezhou Intelligent Agricultural Equipment Technology Innovation Center, Dezhou “One Enterprise One Technology” R&D Center, Dezhou Potato (Potato, Sweet Potato) Intelligent Agricultural Equipment Key Laboratory, Potato Intelligent Equipment Dezhou Engineering Research Center and other R&D platforms, with strong scientific and technological research and achievement transformation capabilities, providing technical support and services for the industry’s key technology research and development and industrialization demonstration.
In recent years, the company has undertaken more than 10 national and provincial scientific research projects, and has authorized more than 20 invention patents related to key technologies for the full mechanization of potato production, multiple utility models, and 5 software copyrights; published more than 50 core journal papers; presided over and participated in the formulation of 1 industry standard and multiple group standards. The company’s core patents have all been transformed into results, and the “4UL series potato combine harvester” was approved as the first technical equipment product in Shandong Province in 2021. The technical achievements have won 1 second prize for scientific and technological progress in Shandong Province, 1 third prize for scientific and technological progress in China’s machinery industry, 1 first prize for science and technology in Shandong Province’s machinery industry, 1 first prize for science and technology innovation in Shandong Province’s equipment manufacturing industry, and multiple Dezhou Science and Technology Progress Awards.
The company has built professional laboratories in mechanics, physics, electronics, etc., and has technical research and development department, production control department, quality inspection department, finance department, sales department, after-sales service department and other departments. It is equipped with more than 130 sets of advanced and precise production and testing equipment, advanced SolidWorks workstation, huge PDM database, scientific research and experimental facilities, intelligent detection system, which can carry out full performance tests of various potato machinery products, and has established a domestic advanced agricultural machinery production line. The infrastructure such as scientific research, production and after-sales service is complete. At the same time, the information management system ERP is introduced, the material warehousing uses the WMS management mode, the workshop MES and other advanced management concepts, which enhance the company’s technical research ability and management level, and provide strong technical support and reliable quality assurance for the company’s product development, production and service.
